API timeouts causing dashboard errors

We identified the issue behind the dashboard timeouts. Basic health checks stayed green, but user-facing dashboard RPC routes were timing out while upstream API calls were completing very slowly, often near the dashboard proxy deadline. This caused 502/504s across deal, document, hygiene, workspace, CIM, and event-stream routes, including some save paths.

Temporary dashboard performance degradation

We’ve resolved the issue that caused degraded dashboard performance. Increased platform usage put pressure on backend resources, which led to intermittent slowness and errors for some users.
We have increased backend capacity, adjusted scaling limits, and are continuing to monitor the platform closely. Usage can now continue normally.
